Ken Bast leads Management Consulting in Healthcare (MCH). He has provided operations, re-engineering, change management, strategic planning and quality improvement services to clients across the country. Ken and MCH work with all levels of client management, medical staff and boards to develop program plans, budgets and implementation plans in projects ranging from ambulatory care centers to integrated delivery networks to medical schools.
